Panama City, Panama.  If you go to Panama City, you should not miss the Panama Canal.  The visit is quite interesting and the museum well done.  I would recommend though that you make sure with your concierge or driver that you will see a boat in the locks (they can check the timing for you).  You should also spend some time walking around in the old city. called Casco Viejo, which gets really nice and lively in the evening.  You can have a nice dinner at a terrace of a restaurant there.  A driver can also take you to a view point outside the city, from which you can see the old city, the new city and the Panama Canal.  I would also recommend going to the bar of the Hard Rock cafe where the view is astonishing!
