Siem Reap, Cambodia.  Just loved the place!  I would go back anytime… I was there for 4 days and it was not enough time to visit all the sites… pretty good food options as well, many markets during the day and at night which make the city very lively.  You can use the tuk-tuk which are everywhere in the city (it is recommended to keep the same tuk-tuk all day for the sites visits).   Plus you cannot beat amazing foot massages for a few dollars!
