Bormes Les Mimosas, Provence.  The rich colors, peacefulness and elegance of the tiny village overlooking the Mediterranean sea will transport you.  About two hours from Nice or Marseille, Bormes Les Mimosas has to be discovered, slowly. The “main street” has excellent restaurants, where you can enjoy melon and prosciutto (a must), loup de mer (a special fish from the area) and fondant au chocolat. You can walk up and down the tiny curvy streets, losing sense of time in the art galleries and typical Provence stores selling olive oil, thyme, herbes de provence and other specialties. Climb up the village to the castle for a special treat.
